At Our Spare Change, we want you to love your handcrafted jewelry and accessories. If your purchase isn't quite right, we offer returns or exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our studio.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
